Terms, liability and privacy provisions for Google Play Developer account sales only. Please read carefully.
Last updated: 21 February 2026
This document governs the terms, liabilities, privacy rules and conditions of use for Google Play Console developer account sales between the seller (account owner) and the buyer.
By completing a purchase or receiving delivery, the buyer is deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms in full.
2.1 Scope of delivery: The sale includes delivery of the Google Play Console developer account and related access credentials to the buyer. Delivery is deemed complete when the buyer has verified that they can access the account.
2.2 Transfer of liability: From the moment the buyer successfully logs into the account for the first time, all responsibility for the account passes to the buyer. After that point, the seller cannot be held liable for any policy violations, suspensions, terminations, app removals, revenue adjustments or other consequences arising from Google or third-party policies.
2.3 Buyer's history and risk: The seller cannot know the buyer's prior devices, IP addresses, payment profiles, browsers or previous app/source code history. Any risks, restrictions or policy issues linked to that history are the buyer's responsibility.
Summary: After delivery and the buyer's access to the account, all operational obligations and risks lie with the buyer.
3.1 Data shared: All access credentials, email addresses, usernames, keystores/passwords and similar sensitive information shared during delivery are used only for the delivery process and, where applicable, technical support.
3.2 Use and sharing of data: This information is not shared with third parties without the buyer's explicit consent. It may be disclosed to competent authorities when required by law or official request.
3.3 Data retention: Delivery and transaction records (logs) may be retained for at least 90 days for service quality and dispute resolution. Longer retention may be agreed in writing by the parties.
3.4 Security measures: Access credentials are transmitted via secure channels (encrypted email, secure sharing tools, etc.). The buyer is responsible for taking appropriate security steps after receiving access (e.g. changing password, enabling two-factor authentication).
The seller cannot be held liable for policy violations, sanctions applied by Google, data loss or third-party claims arising after delivery of the account. The buyer assumes all technical and policy responsibility for the account after delivery.
The parties agree not to claim any indirect, incidental or consequential damages (including loss of profit or reputation) beyond what is expressly set out in this agreement.
This clause applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Disputes arising from these terms or the agreement will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If no agreement is reached, the laws of the seller's jurisdiction apply, and the courts of the seller's place of residence have jurisdiction unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
Any notice or request shall be made via the contact channels indicated at the time of delivery or otherwise agreed by the parties.
Notices sent through these channels are deemed valid and binding for the parties.
